POSITION SUMMARY

Community Catalyst recently concluded a significant five-year strategic planning process. The plan pushes the organization to focus its work on race equity and health justice, long-term vision setting and power building. The Digital Director role is critical to the success of the organization’s new strategic direction and overall organizational advancement.

For nearly 25 years, Community Catalyst has provided technical assistance and capacity building resources to hundreds of state and partner organizations across the country. As the organization moves into its next chapter - it needs a modern, digital-first engagement strategy that leverages the tremendous opportunity for a robust supporter engagement program to complement and amplify the partner engagement work.

The Digital Director will develop this strategy - and work closely with the (new) Director of Power Building and Organizing to ensure a holistic organizational engagement strategy is built and implemented across a range of campaigns, initiatives and projects.

The position is a rare opportunity to design an online engagement and content strategy for a major national organization staffed with a talented and committed team at an unique organizational inflection point.
