Dana Clarke

Dana Clarke serves as Senior Director, Operations and Management and member of the senior management teams for Community Catalyst and Health Care For All. She serves as an advisor and coach to staff at all levels of the organization and oversees the development and implementation of consistent human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits and employee relations in line with the mission and vision of the organizations.

Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Dana honed her leadership skills by effectively leading, building and coaching HR teams in health care organizations. Most recently, as System Director of HR Operations at Covenant Health, she streamlined HR Operations and implemented system-wide compensation and benefits programs.

Dana holds a BA in Political Science from American International College and an MBA from Curry College.
