Associate Director , Substance Use Disorders and Justice-Involved Populations
Dusan Stojicic serves as the Associate Director of the Substance Use Disorders and Justice-Involved Populations Program, which focuses on promoting new ways to prevent and treat problematic use of alcohol and drugs. Dusan’s role includes project management, overseeing state issue campaigns, policy analysis, coaching and working with state and national partners.
Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Dusan gained more than eight years’ experience in community organizing through engagement with national organizing and change-making non-profits. He launched and led local and national campaigns engaging thousands of people, resulting in the introduction of innovative tools for increasing transparency, accountability, and creating policy changes in health care, environmental and social justice issues. He holds a master’s degree in Sustainable International Development and Global Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University (The Heller School).
