As 2022 comes to a close, we offer a retrospective on positive developments as well as opportunities to improve access to dental care and oral health.
Policy Analyst, Dental Access Project
As a Policy Analyst on the Dental Access Project at Community Catalyst, Kasey Wilson provides policy expertise on state- and national- level oral health policy. She conducts policy analysis, research and provides strategic technical assistance to grassroots health advocacy organizations working to expand access to dental care and improve oral health.
Before joining Community Catalyst, Kasey worked for the Boston University School of Public Health conducting research and policy analysis on reducing insurance coverage and financing inequities among children with special health care needs. Kasey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.
Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
