Laura Isaac

Laura Isaac has many years as a Human Resources professional in both nonprofit and for-profit industries. Laura worked at WGBH for many years where she grew her HR career, but most recently completed eight years at Pearson Education in Boston. Laura brings experience in the many areas of HR; Talent and Performance Management, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Success Planning, Change Management only to highlight a few. Laura has made significant contributions over the years in her previous roles and is hopeful that she will lead the HR function smoothly while streamlining different processes. Laura will also focus on internal DEI efforts to create an equitable environment where everyone feel that they have a voice to speak up and will be heard and respected.
