Mahesh Bhatia

Mahesh Bhatia serves as Senior Director of Finance and member of the senior management team for Community Catalyst. In this role, he oversees the overall financial operations of Community Catalyst and works with the program managers to provide timely and meaningful direction and reporting.

Mahesh brings over three decades of extensive and well-rounded finance experience with companies of different size ranges and operating environments, including non-profit. He is an accomplished financial strategist and trusted business advisor who partners with senior management playing a pivotal role in business strategy, planning, and growth. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Mahesh worked as CFO for the YMCA of Greater Nashua, where he successfully implemented new cost-containment initiatives and process improvements and was involved in the acquisition of a new facility. Prior to his work at the YMCA, Mahesh was the CFO of a publicly traded general insurance brokerage in Canada.

Mahesh holds a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai and is a CPA and CA (India).
