The Latest from the Integrated Care Resource Center

The Integrated Care Resource Center (ICRC) posted two new items on their website:

• The first is a presentation that was given by speakers from the ICRC and a representative from the Health Plan of San Mateo on improving coordination of home health services and durable medical equipment for consumers in the financial alignment demonstration. The recording of the webinar is available here.
• The second item is a presentation given by speakers from the National Resource Center for Participant-Directed Services and from Massachusetts' Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) health plan. The webinar gave an overview of participant direction and provided findings from a recent review of contract language. CCA described how the plan supports members who wish to self-direct services.  The recording of the webinar is available here.
