The Dual Agenda: May 28, 2014
Earlier this month, Voices for Better Health co-hosted a special policy forum with The Hartford Change AGEnts initiative at the American Geriatrics Society 2015 Annual Scientific Meeting. At the forum, geriatrics providers and consumer advocates from New York, Ohio and Rhode Island discussed how they are advancing geriatric care standards in the dual eligible demonstration projects and how these partnerships can help improve the health of older adults, their families, and communities. Attendees also had the opportunity to view Building Bridges to Better Health, a new video highlighting the power of these partnerships.
Updates from California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Ohio and Virginia.
