“Eldercare Voices” is an occasional feature of the Dual Agenda, inviting guest commentators directly involved in care delivery to older adults to share their perspectives from the field. This edition's column on medication management issues in caring for older adults is from Joseph T. Hanlon, PharmD, MS, BCPSDr. Hanlon is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geriatrics and Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics at the University of Pittsburgh and a Health Scientist in the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion and Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
