Kris Wiitala

Program and Policy Associate, Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation

Kris Wiitala is a Program and Policy Associate for the Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation. She provides policy, programmatic, research, and administrative support to the Center. Her prior work experience includes working as a Program Assistant at an outpatient behavioral health clinic and a Research Assistant at the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP). At NASHP, Kris worked primarily on issues related to children’s coverage.  Kris received her BA from Tufts University, where she majored in Community Health and International Relations.

Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
